And here at Compass HB our passion is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ!
This is why we use free ice cream as an icebreaker when we invite our neighbors to church and tell them the gospel of Jesus. Because it is Good News
We believe these are the 3 MOST IMPORTANT WORDS:
Gospel
The good news that Jesus is the Christ, the anointed Son of God, who died for our sins on the cross and rose again to give us new life.

Repentance
The response of turning from our old life of sin to God. A real change of mind that leads to a change of life.

A transfer of trust from ourselves and our “good works,” to trusting in the good work that Jesus has done when he died for our sins and rose again
